A 1 year / 2 Services* Alexandria Mazda Preferred Maintenance Program. This program includes the following benefits:
- 2 Oil and Filter Changes every 2,000 miles (synthetic oil) or at your mileage preference
- Comprehensive Multi-Point Inspection and Fluid Replenishment
- 1 Year of Roadside Assistance:
- Lockout Protection
- Flat Tire Changes
- Jump Starts
- Fuel Delivery (Up to 3 Gallons of Gas)
- Towing for Mechanical Failure and Collision (Up to 400-mile radius)
- Program Discounts on various service items
- Timed Service History at program end (to maximize vehicle resale value)
- We offer pick-up and delivery options at your request
You will receive your Welcome packet in the mail within 30-45 days after purchase. Please ensure you put it in your glove box for future use. Your Roadside Assistance card will be in your Welcome Packet. If Roadside Assistance is needed prior to your Welcome Packet arriving, please call 800-297-0486.
Your Alexandria Mazda Preferred Maintenance Plan comes with Three (3) Lube, Oil, and Filter Changes as your purchase of a car from our dealership. You can use them at any service interval you would like. We recommend following the Manufacturers Recommended Service Interval. Our Service Department can answer any questions you may have.
You will receive a remind in the mail when you're due for a service. Please review the various coupons that come with your Welcome Packets, they will give you additional discounts on future service needs. Longer term plans, 2, 3, or 4 years are available for purchase to help maintain your vehicle.

Vehicle maintenance plan included in the vehicle purchase price is cancelable (see agreement terms) but not refundable. Additional operational, cancelable (see agreement terms) long-term coverage is available for a fee and is not required to obtain credit. See your agreement for complete terms and conditions including non-covered expenses and exclusions.
